Admissions are announced twice a year: Spring and Fall. To take admission in NCBA&E students have to get Admission Form from the Admission Office. Once filled, they have to attach all required documents necessary and submit it with the Admission Form to the Admission Office before the last date of admission, either by hand or by courier. Students seeking admission must also apply online link. Once both these procedures are done, students will be given a date for a short test of multiple choice question and a short essay (for Undergrad and MBA and MCS Programs only). Candidates with minimum 45% marks in their last certificates of exams are eligible to apply.
M.Phil and Ph.D students are required to contact Vice Rector Research who will interview them and will determine their eligibility.
Names of selected candidates list will be announced through our website, our official facebook page and from Admission Office. After confirmation of Admission, candidates have to follow the laid down procedure of NCBA&E regarding registration and payment.
Transfer Students from Government Chartered HEC approved institutes are welcome to transfer their credits to NCBA&E.
Financial Assistance
Merit Based Scholarship: Scholarships for wards of government servants, kinship, retired government servants and need based are offered to the candidates.
These scholarships are for Undergrad (BBA (HONS), BSCS (HONS), BSIT (HONS), B.Sc Statistics, BS Maths (HONS), BS (HONS) Applied Economics and MBA (1.5, 2.5 &3.5 years) programs only. Students are awarded scholarships on marks obtained in their last certificate of education. At one time only one scholarship, which is the highest, will be given.
The following criterion is followed for the award of scholarship:

- Scholarship is offered on tuition fee only.
- Maximum Scholarship allowed to MBA executive students is 30% on tuition fee.
- Discount on tuition fee is awarded on Need base/Kinship/Government employee /Retired Army officer.
- Only one scholarship can be requested for at a time, which will be the highest one.
- Need based scholarship is determined by the admission office.
