  • Ensuring that teaching-learning, research and trainings offered at NCBA&E are up to standard, relevant and have quality;
  • Supporting and promoting practices related to educational improvement and institutional quality enhancement
  • Undertaking planned and systematic review of the teaching-learning process at the institutional level to determine whether acceptable standard of education is being maintained and continuously enhanced through comprehensive evaluation
  • Carrying out periodic monitoring of the university’s departments and offices and produce evaluation reports
  • Coordinating and conducting quality audit so as to provide an assessment of the University’s system of accountability and internal review mechanisms
  • Organizing and conducting seminars, symposia and conferences with the aim of disseminating quality related research findings as well as educating general public
  • Disseminating information to the public about the periodic status of the institution as well as programs
  • Publishing the Center’s own research and other works which would either directly or indirectly contribute to educational improvement or service delivery in the university
  • Organizing and offering trainings tailored to the particular needs of staff
  • Overseeing the overall assessment and evaluation of the teaching and learning process;

  • Organizing and providing trainings on courses intended to develop the academic communication and study skills of students by widening their academic experience and competences
